We are looking for an Assistant Account Manager to assist the Account Manager with internal resources: accounts, accesses, consumables, and operational processes.

Main tasks: • management and accounting of accounts, accesses, and consumables; • interaction with media buyers, agencies, and contractors; • monitoring account status and resolving operational issues; • working with spreadsheets, data, and internal systems;

Experience in digital advertising, pharmaceuticals, working with Facebook Ads, and understanding of the arbitration infrastructure would be a plus.
