Senior Backend developer

Remote | 5000+ euro gross

We are looking for a Senior Backend developer (TS node.JS) in a European outsourcing company to develop a new project.

Conditions:

• Remote work. B2B contract with a German company.
• Location: Worldwide (working Time zone- CET)
• Salary: from 5K+ euro gross
• Company: «HR-Teams» RPO Provider

Project Objective: The Product powering partner apps and workflows for doctors, pharmacies, and internal operations. Whether it's generating prescriptions or enabling access to care. As a Senior Backend Engineer you’ll work in a space that’s less about visual design and more about functionality, flows, and reliability. You’ll contribute across the stack, but with a focus on backend-heavy features, such as prescription handling, login-based partner app flows, and core business logic. It’s full stack, with a logic-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build flows and screens used by healthcare professionals and partners, from prescriptions to profile access
• Contribute to both frontend and backend, with more emphasis on backend logic, data modeling, and system behavior
• Create simple, functional UIs for service users, where clarity matters more than aesthetics
• Write clean, testable code that’s easy to understand and maintain across product surfaces

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of experience backend development
• Strong with TypeScript, Node.js, relational databases (PostgreSQL) and the newest AI tools
• As a plus if you’ve used Zod, Drizzle ORM, or worked with tools like Grafana, Firebase, ArgoCD
