FB Media Buyer (White Hat, Apps/SaaS)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of Facebook Ads campaigns — from setup to scaling — focusing on white-hat offers (VPNs, antivirus software, password managers).
- Create clear and structured briefs for designers to produce “clean” video and static creatives that pass moderation without cloaking while maintaining high CTR.
- Work with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and additional traffic sources (In-App, Search, and potentially Native networks — experience with any traffic source is a plus).
- Promote cybersecurity-related services (VPNs, antivirus tools, password managers, system utilities).
- Track and analyze performance metrics including conversions, LTV (lifetime value), and ROI. Work with white-hat tracking tools and internal product analytics.
- Identify and test new geos and approaches to ensure consistent scaling without risking account bans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in White Hat marketing (at least 1–2 years working successfully with white verticals such as E-commerce, Apps, or SaaS).
- Solid understanding of the Utilities/Cybersecurity market (e.g., differences in user behavior between VPN users and Cleaner app users).
- Technical understanding of how anti-fraud systems, browsers, VPNs, and password managers function.
- Strong knowledge of “white” moderation practices, including Meta advertising policies, to systematically avoid policy violations.
