🔥 Two great vacancies at Yandex Zabota (office in Moscow) Insurance has historically been one of the stuffiest areas of the market: legal formulations, conditions, and exclusions in small print that no one wants to delve into, and an eternal feeling that you're definitely being ripped off somewhere. Zabota is changing that. It's making insurance simple, fast, and understandable — like buying a carton of juice at the Lavka convenience store. The project is already large — and it will only get bigger. Zabota was initially launched as an experiment, and now it lives within Taxi, Maps, Market, and Afisha, issuing 100,000 policies per day. At the same time, the Zabota team is small but effective. No confusing intermediaries: work directly with managers, marketing, product teams, and teams from other services. In short, this is an excellent challenge in a good team and with a great product: not so small that there's complete chaos all around, and not so large that everything is already set in stone.
