The MLOps Expertise Development Center of the bank creates and supports a unified MLOps ecosystem that ensures the full lifecycle of machine learning models — from training to production and monitoring

Main stack: Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Python, Jupyterhub\Coder, Airflow, ArgoWF, MLflow, Seldon core, Hadoop (spark, hdfs), longhorn, Jenkins, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL

💡 Tasks:

• configure and deploy infrastructure components
• adapt/develop automated pipelines from scratch for current business tasks (AutoML, LLM, computer vision, etc.)
• create and support user tools for working in a unified ML-environment for application and training
• scale developed systems and tools for managing the machine learning model lifecycle

💡 Important knowledge and experience:

• DevOps experience of 3+ years (Docker, Helm, Jenkins / GitLab CI, Python);
• Kubernetes administration experience of 2+ years;
• practical knowledge of Hadoop/ Spark,
• Kafka experience;
• practical familiarity with the ML/MLOps stack (airflow, jupyterhub, mlflow)
• practical familiarity with the ELK stack

Will be an advantage:

• experience in automating CI/CD for ML projects
