Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- provide flawless support for all client banking and investment transactions
- work with documents, control correct execution and transfer
- process loans, deposits, cards, securities, compulsory medical insurance, insurance products
- handle cash services, interact with bank departments
- maintain a client database, support inquiries, resolve issues in real-time
- uphold standards and implement best practices.
Requirements
We expect you to:
- be a specialist with a higher education in finance, economics, or banking
- have experience in operational services or the banking sector
- be accurate, detail-oriented, and ready to work with a wide range of operations
- be able to maintain a high level of service and interact with clients
- understand the importance of compliance with standards and internal control
- be ready for development and willing to share experience with colleagues
- have basic knowledge of working with artificial intelligence (e.g., GigaChat).
