We are looking for a charismatic 1C Programmer / Analyst who has already applied AI assistants in their practice and is ready to teach others how to do so. Preferably residing in Moscow or nearby cities to be able to conduct on-site training for clients.

What you will need to do Conduct classes: Deliver lectures, workshops, or record practical video lessons (depending on the cohort format). Update the program: Help adapt the course for upcoming updates of LLM models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) and tools (Cursor, EDT). Create the vibe: Inspire students with the idea of AI development, show how routine tasks in 1C can be solved with a snap of your fingers.

Requirements: You have a strong background in 1C (as a developer or technical analyst). You are already "in the vibe": actively use Cursor, VS Code, AI prompts, code completion plugins in your work, and can't imagine writing complex queries or modules without Claude 3.5/3.7 or Gemini. You can break down complex technical algorithms into simple steps understandable even for junior analysts or junior developers. Experience in public speaking, conducting webinars, writing articles on Infostart, or teaching will be a huge plus.
