Machine Learning Engineer — NLP / Model Training

Location:** New York | Full-time | Onsite Visa sponsorship + relocation support provided

We’re looking for an exceptional ML Engineer with strong NLP expertise and hands-on model training experience to join a fast-growing US-based technology company.

✨ What you’ll do: • Train, fine-tune & improve ML/NLP models • Work with LLMs, transformers, embeddings & NER • Solve challenging real-world ML problems • Take models from experimentation to production • Drive measurable improvements in quality and performance

🔥 What we’re looking for: • 3+ years in ML / Software Engineering • Strong Python + NLP + model training • Production ML experience • Strong understanding of model evaluation & error analysis • Startup mindset, ownership & love for solving hard problems
