Crypto Accounting & Finance Automation Specialist (Web3)
Own the Group's crypto finance operations, digital asset accounting, and finance systems architecture, ensuring accurate accounting, regulatory compliance, scalable automation, and efficient finance processes across all crypto-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Crypto Finance & Accounting
- Maintain crypto accounting records and cost-basis calculations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Reconcile blockchain transactions with accounting records.
- Prepare data for statutory reporting, tax compliance, and management reporting.
- Support reporting and audit requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Assist external auditors by providing crypto-related accounting information and supporting documentation.
- Help improve crypto accounting policies, controls, and internal processes.
Finance Systems & Automation
- Maintain and improve finance automation processes.
- Configure and support accounting systems and finance workflows.
- Build and maintain automated reconciliation processes between wallets, exchanges, banks, and accounting systems.
- Support QuickBooks Online integrations and API-based workflows.
- Assist with payment, banking, and ERP integrations.
- Build reports, dashboards, and finance data pipelines to improve visibility and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and process improvements.
- Work with Finance, Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to implement practical solutions.
What We're Looking For
