We are hiring: Chief Product Officer — Klara AI

Klara AI is building an AI-native fintech platform for women across EU and Latin America.

We are looking for a CPO who can build at the level required to challenge market tycoons, and the next generation of AI-native financial products.

This is not a “roadmap management” role.

We need a product killer:

• strong fintech experience
• AI-native product thinking
• deep understanding of women’s financial needs
• obsession with speed, discipline, metrics, and business
• strong knowledge of banking, cards, payments, onboarding, KYC, monetization, and growth
• founder-level ownership

You will own the product vision, roadmap, execution rhythm, product metrics, and product culture across Klara AI.

We need someone who can challenge the team, challenge the CEO, challenge the market, and move fast without lowering standards.

Compensation: €4,000–€7,000/month + stock options.

Remote / hybrid. EU or LatAm preferred.

This is an early leadership role with real upside for someone who wants to build a global AI-native fintech company for the female economy — not maintain another banking app.
