Looking for a cool analyst for the team

We at Alfa are looking for a Data Analyst. In short, we need a person who is good with numbers but doesn't get lost when they need to explain the results to a CPO or top manager.

What you'll be doing: A/B testing HR initiatives, statistically evaluating hypotheses with employee data, ML models for HR tasks, building a recommendation system. And, of course, taking full responsibility for the results.

What's important: 3+ years of experience in analytics, understanding of HR metrics, ability to build pipelines and not be afraid of big data. Python, SQL, statistics and ML are must-haves.
