Looking for an SRE willing to relocate to Dubai
About the project:
A platform for working with digital assets, created with the support of one of the largest international banks. We are building a reliable, secure, and highly available infrastructure for professional market participants. The product operates in a strictly regulated environment with stringent requirements for security, compliance, and uptime. Internally, there are 25+ microservices deployed in multi-environment clusters.
Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the infrastructure based on AWS and Kubernetes (multi-environment clusters).
- Ensure fault tolerance, backups, and Disaster Recovery in accordance with institutional finance standards.
- Manage GitOps pipelines with FluxCD and CI/CD in GitLab.
- Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting (Grafana + log collection system).
- Work with security: KMS, Parameter Store, VPC, IAM, network policies, audit.
- Participate in incident analysis and on-call rotations (compensated).
- Optimize cloud costs and improve infrastructure.
Technology Stack:
- Cloud: AWS (required: KMS, Parameter Store, EC2, VPC, RDS, IAM)
- Orchestration: Kubernetes (administration, troubleshooting)
- GitOps: FluxCD (strict requirement)
- CI/CD: GitLab (building and supporting pipelines)
- Monitoring: Grafana + Loki
Who we are looking for:
- Senior engineer with deep knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes.
- Experience in the financial sector, institutional crypto, or banking, where reliability and security requirements are paramount.
- Confident command of the specified technology stack.
- Understanding of Disaster Recovery, backups, and failure recovery procedures.
- English language (B2 level and above).
- Personal qualities: reliability, responsibility, proactivity, ability to take ownership, attention to detail.

- Salary: negotiable, starting from 5000 net (from 3-4 years of experience)
