ML Engineer/ Data Scientist

We are opening a position for an ML Engineer/ Data Scientist (AI Project).

Requirements:

• Proficient knowledge of Python.
• Deployment: ML/LLM solutions, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Prompt Engineering: few-shot, chain-of-thought, ReAct.
• Fine‑tuning / PEFT: LoRA, QLoRA, adapters.
• RAG: full pipeline (chunking → embedding → retrieval → generation)
• Vector DBs: Qdrant / Pinecone / Milvus / FAISS.
• RLHF or synthetic data: preferences / generation and filtering.
• Frameworks: LangChain / LlamaIndex/ Hugging Face.
• LLM evaluation: BLEU, ROUGE, MMLU, custom evals.
• Inference optimization: vLLM / TensorRT / ONNX.
• Experience with multimodal models (LLaVA, GPT-4V, Qwen-VL).

Conditions:

• Grade: Middle/ Middle+
• Full-time, remote work format.
