PSP Onboarding Manager (Team Lead) Location: Cyprus (Limassol), relocation possible based on interview results.

What you will do:

Lead the team, distribute tasks, monitor processes and results.
Daily monitoring of statistics, analysis of Approval Rate, identification of patterns and anomalies in conversion.
Monitor current partners, search for technical downtimes and bugs on the providers' side.

Manage the integration processes of new payment solutions.

Who we are looking for:

1.5–2 years of experience in Payment Operations or PSP Management on the side of a large iGaming merchant.
Experience working with Tier-1 GEOs.
English B2-C1 for regular communication with providers.
