➡️ Responsibilities: — Administer and develop Asterisk / IP telephony — Configure SIP trunks, endpoints, dialplan, and routing — Work with ARI / AMI and integrations with backend/CRM — Diagnose SIP/RTP and connection quality issues — Work with Linux, MariaDB/MySQL, CDR — Configure security: Firewall, Fail2Ban, ACL — Maintain the stable operation of telephony and automated dialing

📝 IMPORTANT: 🟣 At least 2 years of practical experience with Asterisk 🟣 Good knowledge of SIP, VoIP, NAT, RTP, codecs 🟣 Linux + basic SQL 🟣 Experience with ARI and/or AMI 🟣 Ability to independently find and resolve issues ➕ Redis, Nginx, Grafana/Prometheus, Heplify — will be a plus.
