About the team

DS/ML is one of the key technological streams of the team. Our models and features are used in several system-forming domains and business processes of T: from customer personalization to scoring and anti-fraud monitoring. Within the stream, we develop platform AI solutions for tasks of segmentation, recommendations, LTV modeling, Look-alike profiling, multimodal embeddings, and AI assistants. We are currently looking for a Middle+ Data Scientist (MLE) — a strong Individual Contributor, who will participate in the development and implementation of domain ML components, helping to transform data and models into applied product value.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Data Scientist / ML Engineer of Middle+ or Senior level, who knows how to work at the intersection of mathematics, engineering, and product analytics, and is capable of transforming AI solutions into reproducible sources of business value.

Main requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
• Advanced SQL (DML, DDL): preparation of training samples, development of ETL / SSETL, integration between systems, working with data marts and BI
• Deep understanding of classical ML methods and their mathematical foundations: regression, classification, clustering, deep learning
• Confident command of the Python ML stack (PyTorch / scikit-learn / XGBoost / CatBoost)
• Experience in building ML pipelines and MLOps processes (Train, Eval, Deploy, Monitoring)
• Experience working with Big Data tools and Data Platforms (Spark / Databricks / MPP)

Will be a plus

• Experience in FinTech / E-com / Big Tech
• Experience in designing A/B tests, working with Causal Inference and Uplift Models
• Experience in orchestrating ML agents, implementing LLM services in customer products
• Strong project expertise, participation in complex cross-team initiatives
• Experience with neural network recognition models (text, voice, faces)
