Chief Product Officer

The most difficult product decisions rarely happen inside a single product. They happen when you have a portfolio. When every investment has an opportunity cost. When every product competes for attention. And when your job is not to ship more features, but to decide what deserves to become the next growth engine.

We're looking for a Chief Product Officer to join an international technology company that has spent more than 20 years building consumer entertainment and creative tools products for millions of users worldwide.

This is a true portfolio leadership role. You'll partner directly with the Founder, taking ownership of 10+ products and defining the long-term product strategy across the entire ecosystem.

Success in this role isn't about personally driving every roadmap. It's about building exceptional product leadership. You'll lead through a team of Product Managers and Product Leaders - setting direction, empowering decision-making, and helping teams focus on what creates the greatest impact for both users and the business.

You'll likely be a strong fit if you've already:

• led a portfolio of international B2C products;
• managed and developed Product Managers rather than owning a single product yourself;
• balanced investments across multiple products and business lines;
• defined product strategy at a portfolio level;
• explored how AI can create measurable value for both users and the business.

📍 Location: Europe

💶 Compensation: €13,000–15,000 gross per month + performance bonus
