Presentations and Branding:
— Commercial proposals and presentations for developers: from 10 to 60 pages, based on our content and structure; — Residential complex brand platforms: logo, color palette, typography, carriers, guideline; — Investment and pitch presentations, report templates for clients.
Advertising Creatives:
— Banners for Yandex.Direct, RSYA, and VK Ads — static and animated; — Resizes for all platform formats; — Lot covers and property cards for classifieds: Avito, CIAN, Domclick; — Landing page and quiz layouts for specific residential complexes.
We work according to clients' brand books — sometimes it's strict, sometimes it needs to be created from scratch.
— Portfolio with presentations and advertising graphics. Applications without a link will not be considered. — Figma at a working level: components, auto layouts, libraries. — Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalents. — Ability to adhere to another's brand book and meet deadlines. Predictability is more important to us than authorial style. — Meticulousness in details: grids, font sizes, spacing, consistent appearance across all media.
— Experience in real estate or an advertising agency. — Motion graphics: After Effects, animated banners, titles. — Working with generative neural networks — Midjourney, Flux, Kling, and similar. This is a separate area for us: we bring architectural renders to a photorealistic look and create residential complex videos using neural networks. If you're interested, there will be more tasks in this direction.
— Remote, from any city and any country. Part of the team already works from abroad. — Employment: contract with a self-employed person (NPD). — Piece-rate payment, based on tariffs per unit of work — banner, resize, layout screen, presentation page. — The 80,000–120,000 ₽ range is the actual income with the current volume of tasks; the volume grows with the project portfolio. — Monthly settlement via act of acceptance. — Tasks are assigned by the project manager: technical specifications with references, deadlines, and acceptance criteria. Two rounds of revisions per stage. We don't have phrases like "make it beautiful" or revisions on Friday evenings. — No multi-level approvals: decisions on layouts are made on the day they are presented.
