CEO for B2B IT / FinTech project

Seeking a CEO for a B2B IT / FinTech project.

We are considering candidates willing to relocate to Uzbekistan.

The role involves full responsibility for the development of an independent business line: strategy, commercial results, operational management, team, and P&L.

Tasks: • Management of the business line and responsibility for financial results • Formation and implementation of development strategy • Building a commercial model and sales system • Product development in collaboration with the product team • Formation and management of a cross-functional team • Setting up KPIs, regular management, and operational processes • Budget, P&L, and cash flow management • Business scaling and achievement of revenue and profitability targets

We expect: • Experience managing an independent business or business unit • Proven P&L responsibility • Experience in launching, transforming, or scaling a business • Strong commercial and financial competencies • Experience in building teams and management processes • Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and high dynamics • Willingness to deeply immerse in operational work • Willingness to relocate to Tashkent

Will be a plus: • Experience in B2B IT, SaaS, FinTech, or related digital products • Experience working with Central Asian markets • Experience in developing products for business / enterprise clients
