Responsibilities
- manage the client's investment portfolio
- prepare proposals for an optimal set of products and services for the client depending on their profile
- select financial instruments to achieve the client's goals
- assist clients in solving everyday tasks related to banking products
- interact with other departments and partners to provide comprehensive client support.
Requirements
- a specialist with a higher education in finance, economics, or banking
- have work experience in the financial-banking or insurance sector of at least 1 year
- have skills in cold calling, sales, consulting, and client management
- are ready to use AI in daily work (training at the company's expense — they have their own courses).
