About the Role

As a Motion Designer at Mobiways, you will play a crucial role in bringing our innovative AI-powered productivity tools to life through captivating motion graphics and animations. Your primary responsibility will be to create dynamic visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategies, enhancing user engagement across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to our campaigns. By staying updated on the latest trends in motion graphics, you will continuously refine your skills and contribute fresh ideas that elevate our marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Create motion graphics, animations, and videos for mobile apps and marketing campaigns
• Produce performance creatives for paid traffic (Meta, TikTok, UAC, etc.)
• Develop product videos and onboarding animations for mobile applications
• Apply marketing principles to improve hooks, engagement, and conversions
• Work with AI-generated content and integrate AI assets into motion workflows
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams
• Iterate on creatives based on feedback, hypotheses, and performance results
• Maintain and organize motion assets, templates, and project files

About You

• 3+ years of commercial experience in motion design (strong middle or senior level)
• Experience working with mobile applications (App Store / Google Play) is a strong plus
• Experience creating product videos, onboarding animations, and performance creatives
• Good understanding of performance marketing basics (hooks, CTR, retention)
