Internal Communications Designer in Sber's B2C Customer Experience Development Block. Development of a visual language, identity, and creatives to unite over 2500 employees.
Tasks:
- Develop and maintain the identity and unified visual style for internal communications of the CX B2C block.
- Create campaign designs to support business goals, product launches, HR initiatives, and key priorities.
- Develop visual concepts and creatives for internal events: from key visuals and presentations to the design of digital and offline spaces.
- Apply generative models and neural networks for creating graphics and unique content, designing communications for Telegram recruiter contact, newsletters, landing pages on the corporate portal, and digital surfaces in offices.
- Maintain and develop the design space on Confluence: create templates, guidelines, keep materials up-to-date.
- Prepare presentation materials for the Vice President and top management.
- Provide design support for flagship B2C-level events, including collaborations with other departments.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an internal communications or event designer in large companies.
- Ability to work with 3D models.
- Proficient in graphic editors (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Skills in working with generative neural networks for creating graphics.
- Experience in developing presentations, identities, templates, and guidelines.
- Attention to detail, systematic approach, and ability to work with a large volume of information.
