Now we are looking for a technically strong DevOps Engineer who can participate in solving complex technical problems and escalations, strengthen the team, and also research and implement new infrastructure solutions to increase the reliability of the entire platform.

Our infrastructure:

• Multi-cloud environment (Vultr, GCP).
• Managed and self-hosted Kubernetes clusters.
• Over 300 instances and k8s nodes in production.
• Over 1.5k domains/mirrors.

Our stack:

Terraform, RabbitMQ, VictoriaMetrics, MySQL, pgSQL, Kubernetes, Ansible, Grafana, Grafana Loki, werf, GitLab CI, Istio, OpenTelemetry, TiDB, PHP, Python.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of fault-tolerant infrastructure.
• Development and standardization of IaC.
• Development of observability.
• Direct participation in releases.
• Development of CI/CD as a self-service platform for developers.
• Leadership in incident resolution.
• Conducting Code Review of infrastructure changes.

What we expect:

• Ability to think systemically: see the long-term consequences of decisions and potential risks before incidents occur.
• Independently find points for improvement that can bring value and deliver changes to production.
• Strengthening the team through Code Review and technical mentoring.
• Formation of standards and best practices within the team.

Candidate requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering.
• Production experience with Kubernetes (multiple clusters, networking, ingress, autoscaling, security).
• Deep understanding of Terraform (modularity, state management, best practices).
• Experience in building or significantly revising CI/CD processes.
• Understanding of SRE principles.
• Experience writing automation in Python or Golang.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in scaling stateful services (PostgreSQL, TiDB).
