NOVAROLL packaging manufacturer and distributor is looking for an Operations Director for the Resins Division
Responsibilities:
- Approval of the production plan and control of its execution in terms of volume, product range, and cost price
- Control of compliance with technological regulations and quality at all stages
- Implementation of the Lean Manufacturing system
- Raw material procurement management
- Organization of separate accounting of material and labor costs for contracts under Federal Law No. 275-FZ
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (chemical technology/industrial engineering/mechanical engineering). MBA is an advantage.
- 5+ years in the position of Operations/Executive/Technical Director in a chemical or petrochemical production facility.
- Experience managing P&L with a turnover of at least 1 billion rubles.
- Mandatory: Experience with State Defense Orders (Federal Law No. 275-FZ, separate accounting, interaction with military representatives).
- Experience in successful implementation of accounting automation (1C:ERP, MES systems).
Conditions:
- Non-standard working hours, primarily at the production site.
- Financial terms will be discussed with finalists.
