We are looking for Middle / Senior SDE / SRE Engineers to provide DRI support for a cloud platform, including incident response, rollout troubleshooting, service onboarding, and engineering improvements. The role investigates failures across workflows, deployments, dependencies, configuration, and identity access.
Requirements:
- Production incident response and troubleshooting experience;
- Hands-on .NET/C# development and debugging skills;
- Experience with Azure and ARM deployments;
- Cloud identity, access, and security knowledge;
- Experience with CI/CD and PowerShell;
- Ability to work a regular 8-hour shift within the 10 AM-10 PM PST coverage window.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to production incidents and support requests;
- Troubleshoot cloud deployments, dependencies, configuration, and access issues;
- Assist customers with platform onboarding;
- Implement and validate .NET, automation, and configuration changes;
- Perform root-cause analysis and maintain operational documentation;
- Provide rotating Sev2-only duty coverage and clear incident handoffs.
Nice to Have:
- Cloud deployment orchestration;
- Monitoring, logging, and telemetry analysis;
- Infrastructure and configuration as code;
- .NET package management.
Working Conditions:
- Work model: Remote;
- Shift: one regular 8-hour shift within 10 AM-10 PM PST, Monday-Friday;
- On-call: rotating Sev2-only coverage during the remaining daily window, weekends, and holidays;
- Target start date: October 19, 2026.
