Head of Global Business Development & Acquiring Partnerships

A fast-growing international FinTech company is looking for a senior business leader to drive global growth across E-commerce, iGaming, Digital Services, Marketplaces, and Subscription Businesses.

🔹** Key Responsibilities:** • Acquire and develop Enterprise & Mid-Market merchants globally • Build strategic relationships with Acquiring Banks, Sponsor Banks, BIN Sponsors, EMIs, and PSPs • Secure new acquiring and processing opportunities across Europe, UK, LATAM, Asia, and other key markets • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing • Drive revenue growth and expand payment processing capabilities worldwide

🔹 Requirements: • 7+ years of Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales experience in the Payments industry • Strong network within the global payments ecosystem • Proven success in merchant acquisition and acquiring partnerships • Deep understanding of Merchant Acquiring, BIN Sponsorship, Cross-Border Payments, Payment Routing, Visa & Mastercard ecosystems • Experience in iGaming or high-risk industries – strong advantage • Fluent English
