We are looking for a Data Analyst for Tochka Bank. We are building an online bank and an ecosystem of services for businesses. Our team has over 6,000 employees, and our services are used by over 800,000 clients.
About the Team
The Strategic Analytics team develops market models, analyzes competitors, and tracks trends to identify promising growth areas.
We collect and structure market data, transforming it into comprehensive insights for strategic decisions. We are looking for a Data Analyst who will work closely with a Market Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Validate and enrich market data: reconcile external information with Tochka Bank's internal data.
- Formulate hypotheses about the market and competitors based on the client base and help test them.
- Model the impact of external trends and decisions made on the client base and key business metrics of the company.
- Identify growth opportunities and determine promising areas for development.
Candidate Profile
- At least three years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Proficient in SQL: ability to use subqueries, window functions, and CTEs, as well as write procedures and optimize queries.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data, understanding of mathematical statistics, and ability to apply it in practical tasks.
- Experience in building analytics within a product and specific cases where your work yielded measurable business impact.
- Ability to make independent data-driven decisions and justify your position.
