Product Owner in HR Tech

We are looking for a product owner to join our team, which is creating an HR-tech product for over 60,000 Alfa-Bank employees.

We are building a system that helps employees and managers make more accurate decisions, strengthen team bonds, and increase efficiency. We use data to understand where changes are needed, propose timely actions, and measure their real impact on business results.

We are looking for someone with strong product thinking, who can turn complex ideas into simple user scenarios, loves experiments, knows how to negotiate, and can bring solutions to completion.

Strong soft skills are mandatory, confident work with data and product metrics is a big plus.
