MTS is looking for a CPO HR Tech to take products to the next level of development, who will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle: from idea to monetization.
HR Tech at MTS is a modern platform of HR products used daily by over 60,000 employees across Russia.
What you will be doing:
- Creating and implementing product strategy for products;
- Being responsible for identifying growth opportunities;
- Defining metrics that indicate product health;
- Hiring and developing product managers;
- Improving processes within your domain.
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Lead in HR Tech;
- Experience managing a team of product managers;
- Good knowledge of the HR Tech services, solutions, and trends market;
- Ability to independently identify needs, formulate hypotheses and verification criteria, conduct analysis, and document the results.
