📊 We are looking for an HR Analyst / C&B specialist at the intersection of people, data, and business.

We need a specialist who knows how to work with payroll budgets, salaries, KPIs, bonuses, and benefits, and most importantly — can turn HR data into understandable solutions for the business.

What's important: • experience in C&B and HR analytics • Excel + Power BI • interest in automation and AI • English at B2 level or higher
