Company: IBIT; Format: office/full-time (Limassol).

We are looking for a Project Manager with a technical background in backend development and IT project management experience.

❗️Responsibilities: • Setting and monitoring the execution of tasks and projects; • Coordinating the work of business stakeholders, analysts, designers, developers, and QA; • Managing projects at all stages: from requirement gathering and design to launch and support.

🚀Requirements: • Experience in product IT companies; • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC); • Web development experience and understanding of service design principles; • Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban; • Ability to prioritize and make independent decisions; • Systemic thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach; • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes.

⭐️Will be a plus: • Deep understanding of backend development; • Creative approach to solving non-standard problems. Selection stages: HR Interview → Lead Project Manager Interview → Final meeting with the team.
