Project Manager

An international product IT company that develops and supports high-load projects for large companies, most of which are entertainment online services, is looking for a Project Manager.

Responsibilities: — Building and developing effective task and development management processes that ensure transparency, predictability of deadlines, and stable delivery; — Organizing and controlling the team's task management: setting tasks, controlling the quality of their documentation, managing priorities and deadlines; — Coordinating the work of the development team and controlling the completion of tasks, timely identification of risks, bottlenecks, and their proactive elimination; — Facilitating work discussions, assisting the team and stakeholders in forming requirements, determining priorities, and focus of work; — Building and maintaining effective communication within the team and with adjacent departments; — Optimizing development processes, implementing best practices in task management and teamwork; — Quickly immersing in the technical context of projects to improve interaction with developers and make management decisions.

What the team would like to see:

— **Experience in Project / Delivery / Product / Team Manager or similar roles; **— **Solid experience in managing tasks and development processes in modern task managers (e.g., YouTrack, Jira, or similar); **— **Experience in coordinating or managing development teams; **— **Understanding and practical experience in applying Agile approaches and development management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); **— **Ability to systematically build processes, increase team transparency, and ensure timely task completion; **— **Strong communication skills, initiative, proactivity, and a high learning speed, including in technical areas.

Will be a plus:

**— **Experience managing development teams and working on technically complex products; **— **Experience working in large IT companies and/or financial organizations; **— **Experience in optimizing development processes and scaling teams.
