LEIME is a performance company at the intersection of SEO, technology, and digital marketing. We create and develop our own projects, work with international markets, and help brands in the iGaming, Crypto, and Tech niches grow in Google through strong SEO strategies, content, PR, and proprietary technological solutions. We are a small team, so here you can really influence how products and processes are structured, propose ideas, and see the results of your work without several levels of approvals. We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will take full ownership of the entire development delivery process: from incoming business requests to release and acceptance.

What you will do

— Collect and prioritize tasks from internal stakeholders; — Formulate the backlog and sprints, considering team capacity; — Check the quality of task assignments and help stakeholders refine them; — Conduct planning, syncs, demos, and retrospectives; — Manage the entire development process in YouTrack and monitor deadlines; — Organize testing and acceptance of completed tasks; — Monitor dependencies between products and releases; — Keep the CEO and stakeholders informed about the development status, risks, and blockers.

What we expect

— 3+ years of Project Manager experience in IT development; — Experience in simultaneously managing multiple products or projects; — Practical experience with Scrum / Kanban and sprint planning; — Understanding of the development process: API, Git, deploy, release; — Confident work with YouTrack / Jira; — Ability to speak the same language with business and developers; — Use of AI in daily work; — Ability to maintain the process: reject raw tasks and not turn every "urgent" request into a new priority. A plus: experience in SEO, affiliate, or iGaming.
