Senior IT Project Manager

for the JAŃA POST team

We need a strong Project Manager who knows how to build predictable delivery, keep deadlines and dependencies in focus, foresee risks, and build transparent interaction between business, Product Manager, and the development team. This is a role with a high degree of autonomy and real influence on processes: from planning the team's work and interacting with stakeholders to preparing releases and achieving results.

What is important: • 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management • experience managing cross-functional teams • strong command of Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, LeSS • experience working with delivery metrics: capacity, velocity, cycle time • strong stakeholder management skills • understanding of Backend / Frontend at a manager level • fluent in Kazakh and Russian languages
