What you will be doing:

— Managing cross-functional projects involving 3 or more teams (development, business, logistics, contractors);

— Monitoring deadlines, quality, and results, handling risks and crisis situations;

— Managing cross-team releases in projects with multiple phases/iterations;

— Expertly organizing work with task trackers, knowledge bases, and tools for specific methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrids);

— Creating and reviewing standards and guides for project teams.

What we expect:

— 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager;

— Knowledge of project methodologies - confident command of several methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid approaches) and understanding when to apply each;

— Practical experience in managing cross-functional projects - involving 3 or more teams;

— Experience in process implementation - you have independently adapted and implemented project processes;

— Skills in working with key stakeholders - including development leads, technical directors, product directors, and business leaders;

— High level of autonomy and proactivity - you don't wait for tasks, you identify problems and propose solutions yourself;

— Good knowledge in the Logistics domain - understanding of operating models (FBS, fulfillment, warehouse and transport processes);

— Proficient user of project management systems based on task trackers (Jira/Asana/Yandex.Tracker) and wikis (Confluence/Notion/Yandex.Wiki)
