We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team developing a financial marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle: from initiation to handover to operations;
- Plan and control project timelines, budget, and resources;
- Coordinate the work of the development team, assign tasks, and monitor their execution;
- Manage client expectations, provide regular project status reports;
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks;
- Organize and conduct meetings with the team and clients (demos, retrospectives, planning);
- Prepare and approve project documentation (technical specifications, functional specifications, reports).
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of IT project management experience;
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall);
- Experience in managing projects using various methodologies and the ability to choose the most suitable one for the task;
- Proficient in tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project/Excel;
- Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams;
- Project budget management skills (internal and external expenses);
- High level of independence, responsibility, and stress resistance;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate with stakeholders at any level;
- Experience with contracts with external clients will be a plus.
