We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for a team that develops a financial marketplace.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full project lifecycle: from initiation to handover to operations;
- Planning and controlling project timelines, budget, and resources;
- Coordinating the work of the development team, assigning tasks, and monitoring their execution;
- Managing client expectations, providing regular project status reports;
- Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks;
- Organizing and conducting meetings with the team and clients (demos, retrospectives, planning);
- Preparing and approving project documentation (technical requirements, detailed technical requirements, reports).
What is important to us:
- 5+ years of IT project management experience;
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall);
- Experience in managing projects using various methodologies and the ability to choose the most suitable one for the task;
- Proficient in using tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project/Excel;
- Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams;
- Project budget management skills (internal and external expenses);
- High level of independence, responsibility, and stress resistance;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate with stakeholders at any level;
- Experience working with contracts for external clients will be a plus.
