Moscow Credit Bank is looking for an IT Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a software implementation project to automate tasks for one of the business lines;
- Estimating and planning project timelines, resources, and budgets;
- Assigning tasks to project teams (analysts, developers, testers) and monitoring their completion;
- Ensuring effective interaction between project team members, motivating the team;
- Monitoring project execution in terms of timelines, finances, results, and quality;
- Managing project risks;
- Managing project expectations;
- Maintaining regular project reporting;
- Organizing and conducting regular meetings with curators and clients of the IT project.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager in software development and automated system implementation;
- Experience in planning project timelines, resources, and budgets;
- Experience in assigning tasks to project teams (analysts, developers, testers) and monitoring their completion;
- Successful project risk management skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Team cohesion skills, identifying problem areas within the team;
- Excellent proficiency in software: MS Office, MS Project, MS PowerPoint;
- Experience with Agile methodology project management is a plus;
- Confident proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
