About the position

We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will coordinate the team's work, interact with clients, and ensure the timely and within-budget execution of projects with the required quality.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and propose solutions together with the team.
• Interact with clients, the development team, and other project participants.
• Plan project phases, monitor deadlines, scope, and requirement changes.
• Coordinate project resources and control the budget.
• Organize teamwork and ensure timely task completion.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Track project progress using appropriate tools, manage risks, and inform stakeholders about work status.

Our expectations

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in managing IT projects or participating in their implementation.
• Experience coordinating a small software development team.
• Skills in preparing technical specifications and requirements.
• Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and find solutions.
• Possession of project management certifications.
• Proficiency in Russian and English languages at a level sufficient for business communication and working with documentation.

Will be an advantage

• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Knowledge of technical support processes and experience with relevant systems.
• Experience as a Product Owner.
• Understanding of client-server application development principles in Java or .NET.
• Experience with Jira Service Management.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX.
