Trainee for the salary projects department of Alfa-Bank. Assistance in managing projects and initiatives for the development of salary projects for small and micro-business clients, working with sales indicators and preparing materials.
Tasks:
- Assist the team in managing projects and initiatives for the development of salary projects for small and micro-business clients
- Work with sales indicators, collect and structure project information
- Prepare presentations and materials for meetings and management
- Work with tasks in Jira and monitor deadlines
- Interact with related teams
- Participate in analyzing launch results and identifying growth areas
- As you gain experience, take on more independent tasks and your own small projects
Requirements:
- 3rd-4th year student, graduate, or Master's student
- Willing to work 40 hours per week
- Attentive and responsible towards tasks and deadlines
- Interested in business, products, and sales
- Willing to independently learn new tasks
