Position: Project Manager Intern in the Payroll Projects Department Company: Alfa-Bank Team: Payroll Projects Department Work Format: hybrid (office + remote) Office: Moscow, Technopark metro station Employment: full-time

🔸What you will do – Assist the team in managing projects and initiatives for the development of payroll projects for small and micro-businesses; – Work with sales metrics, collect and structure project information; – Prepare presentations and materials for meetings and management; – Work with tasks in Jira and monitor deadlines; – Interact with related teams; – Participate in analyzing launch results and identifying growth areas; – As you gain experience, take on more independent tasks and manage your own small projects

🔸We are looking for you to have – A 3rd-4th year student, graduate, or master's student; – Willingness to work 40 hours per week; – Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; – Ability to work with a large volume of information and structure it; – Attention to detail and responsibility towards tasks and deadlines; – Interest in business, products, and sales; – Readiness to independently learn new tasks Will be a plus: internship experience, experience with Jira, data analysis, or presentation preparation.
