- Project management experience of 3+ years;
- Experience in implementing cross-functional projects involving business, IT, analytics, and operational departments;
- Experience in the full project management cycle: from initiation and development to implementation and commissioning;
- Experience interacting with stakeholders at the department head level, with external partners/clients.
You will:
Project Management:
- Full lifecycle of partner projects: from initiative development and business case formation to launch and scaling;
- Formulate and maintain a project plan/roadmap;
- Decompose tasks and monitor deadlines;
- Manage risks, dependencies, and changes;
- Organize project committees and working groups;
- Prepare materials for decision-making.
Business Interaction:
- Identify and formalize business requirements;
- Structure initiatives and define target results and metrics;
- Build interaction between multiple teams;
- Find compromises between the interests of project participants.
Delivery:
- Accompany the implementation of changes;
- Monitor the execution of agreements;
- Ensure the achievement of target business indicators.
