Project Manager

Responsibilities:

— Take responsibility for project success; — Manage the development and support of the information system, including: — Project resource planning (internal and contractor resources), project risk management, project budget management; — Resolving project issues and problems; — Assigning tasks to the team and controlling results within the current project activities; — Operational project reporting. — Manage customer requirements and expectations; — Manage external and internal communications (Customer – Team – Related Teams); — Monitor and control the execution of project tasks; — Ensure project document flow, including reporting documentation; — Project budgeting (budget defense); — Hiring and firing employees for/from the project.

Requirements:

— At least 3 years of experience in IT projects for commercial software development as a project manager; — Experience in successfully completing work under government contracts/contracts; — Practical experience in participating in high-load projects at all stages (development, implementation, and support of information systems) with 24x7 operation; — Experience managing a team of 15 or more people; — Technical background (former system analyst or tech lead/developer) - will be a plus; — Systems thinking, ability to work in multitasking mode, results-oriented, proactive stance.
