Format: remote Project: Productivity Services (corporate email, video conferencing, cloud document storage) Salary: up to 300,000

Responsibilities: • Forming a plan for project work and managing the project team; • Managing the project at all stages of the lifecycle; • Managing the project budget, deadlines, and resources; • Analyzing risks, constraints, and developing optimal solutions; • Interacting with the client and managing expectations; • Managing project requirements and scope; • Estimating effort, forming resource plans and budget; • Assigning tasks to analysts, developers, and other team members; • Controlling development, testing, and acceptance of results; • Forming work plans together with product teams; • Managing the backlog and prioritizing tasks together with product teams.

Requirements: ✔️ 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager; ✔️ Experience in full-cycle project management; ✔️ Experience interacting with clients and managing their expectations; ✔️ Experience managing a project team; ✔️ Understanding of software development processes; ✔️ Skills in planning, estimating deadlines, and budget management; ✔️ Excellent communication skills and ability to hold an expert position; ✔️ Confident use of AI tools in daily work.

Will be a plus: ✔️ Experience in managing projects in the corporate software sphere.
