At Doczilla, we are looking for a Project Manager — someone who can calmly lead complex implementations in large businesses and bring them to fruition.

We work with companies at the level of Forbes-100 and RBC-500: VTB, Sber, LUKOIL, 2GIS, Technologiyi Doveriya (ex-PwC), and other major players. We implement an AI platform that helps automate legal and business processes and removes routine from teams' daily work.

The essence of the role is to take a complex implementation and manage it from the initial contact with the client to the moment the system is truly integrated into their processes and used daily. To achieve this, it's important to understand the client's business, be able to interpret their requests, gather various inputs into a cohesive picture, and propose a clear, workable solution.

Then, a continuous work begins at the intersection of business, IT, and our team. You need to maintain focus on deadlines, scope, and quality, synchronize all process participants, and help the client achieve sustainable product usage. Not just to launch, but to ensure the solution is adopted and works effectively.

It is important for us that you have experience in IT Enterprise projects, an understanding of how B2B implementations work, and experience working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Basic technical understanding is sufficient — API, integrations, system architecture. You don't need to dive deep into development, but it's important to understand how everything is interconnected.

And crucially — the ability to maintain structure in complex tasks, not get lost in a stream of inputs, and calmly bring projects to completion.

Salary 180–230 thousand ₽ net, fixed plus bonuses. There is voluntary medical insurance with dental coverage. Remote work is possible or from our office in Moscow — whichever is more convenient.
