IRBIS is an IT company specializing in the development of mobile applications, CRM and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Support existing clients and manage contracts;
- Prepare technical and support documentation;
- Manage development teams, control tasks and their deadlines;
- Identify needs and develop comprehensive proposals for the company's products;
- Manage long-term deals and negotiations with decision-makers;
- Provide assistance and support to the studio head;
- Be ready to assist the sales department during less busy periods.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT project management with B2B;
- Understanding the principles of highload project development - mobile and web;
- Understanding the work principles of design and development teams;
- Ability to manage teams and develop projects;
- Understanding of business processes in medium and large companies;
- Self-organization and ability to work without supervision;
- Competitive spirit and teamwork skills;
- Being located in St. Petersburg or Moscow will be an advantage.
