IT Project Manager

Hello!

We are the Arcsinus team - we develop digital products in the field of mobile commerce and enterprise mobility.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join a project for an international client (Healthcare domain).

Manage the project end-to-end: deadlines, priorities, risks, quality, results
Be a reliable point of contact for the client
Manage the internal team: focus, motivation, regular 1-on-1s, work atmosphere
Understand the need for report preparation and be able to create them
Monitor project economics and apply common sense to decisions
Improve processes and suggest ideas when you see that 'things can be done better'

Practicing PM/Delivery manager in web / mobile development
An engaged, proactive person who cares about the result
Someone who knows how to work with a client and be a reliable partner for them
With understanding and the ability to apply main development methodologies in practice (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
With a good technical background (IT education and/or work experience as a developer/systems analyst)

Fully remote work format.
Contractual employment with the company's legal entity in Kazakhstan (employee/contractor), no location or residency restrictions
