Dualboot Partners is an international tech company with many years of history. We build complex digital products for the American market and actively implement AI in our work processes.

What you will do:

— Join the project at early stages, identify the main goals from uncertainty, and help stakeholders achieve a clear, attainable MVP — Formalize the client's business intentions into clear specifications, maintain the relevance of documentation and the roadmap — Manage a cross-functional team (Dev, QA, Design) and implement AI tools — Cursor, Copilot, and others — into real work, not just for show — Ensure predictable delivery: so that the result is maintained by established processes — Facilitate key meetings, maintain transparent reporting for US clients, and be able to defend your position with arguments — Actively participate in product development: propose UX improvements and functional solutions that create real value for the user

Technical context:

The team works with Ruby, Python, Elixir, Node.js, TypeScript, React. Infrastructure on AWS (ECS), databases — PostgreSQL/MySQL. Processes are built around Agile, Product-Driven Development, and CI/CD

Who we are looking for:

— 3+ years in a PM or Delivery Manager role in custom IT development — English C1: fluent communication, negotiation, ability to hold your ground with American clients — Confident command of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), understanding of SDLC and modern approaches to product development — Basic understanding of software architecture and a keen interest in AI tools — you understand how they change team work and want to use them — Work tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Slack, GitHub

Will be a plus:

— Technical background (development or testing) — Experience in presales and estimation of large projects — Projects with AI integration or automation of complex business processes — Experience working with US clients
