We are Fledge — a mobile dating product for the US market. The team previously built and scaled one of the largest dating services in the CIS (14M+ installs) — we are building an international direction based on this experience, technology, and product expertise.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a PM who feels comfortable in a new domain: if they don't know a specific service, process, or tool, they dive in to figure it out with the team, rather than waiting to be explained everything in advance. Such a person sees a problem through to a solution, even if it's not formally theirs, tells the CEO about delays and risks before they become disruptions, and isn't afraid to take on an unfamiliar task without a ready-made instruction.
- At least 3 years in digital product development and at least 3 years specifically in the PM role, with experience leading a team independently and being responsible for releases.
- Worked with developers, analysts, and QA, understands the task lifecycle from idea to release: can break down any of their initiatives into steps.
- Has experience with B2C products. If not – has something to prove their motivation: their own startup, a pet project, something genuinely launched.
- Understands the principles of iterative development (Scrum, Kanban) and knows how to adapt the process to the team, rather than following the methodology literally.
- Understands API, data, DWH, ETL/ELT, and ML at a general level. Deep stack knowledge is not required; it's important to quickly orient yourself in new areas and join discussions with the team as an equal.
- Uses AI in real work: coding agents, AI-harnesses, not just for emails and summaries.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support multiple teams: help leads with planning, manage key initiatives from idea to release, track dependencies and blockers, and offload organizational tasks from leads.
- Together with the CPO, lead product initiatives from task formulation to working with B2B customers of the advertising cabinet.
- Keep the process dynamic: conduct planning, syncs, and retrospectives when they are genuinely needed, maintain Jira and Confluence in adequate condition, and find the causes of regular deadline misses.
- Synchronize work with other PMs, development, QA, and infrastructure, independently find the right people and restore context.
