IT Project Manager / Digital Project Lead

We are iBRUSH — an accredited IT company. We make digital products better: we deeply immerse ourselves in the client's business, using analytics, design, and development. We work with large and medium-sized businesses, communicate informally, and listen to each other.

We are looking for a project lead / Project Manager who loves to delve deeply into client products, participate in analytics, and be on the same wavelength with the team.

What you will do:

• Manage development projects from start to launch: stages, budgets, timelines, quality, risks
• Work closely with the team: developers, designers, QA
• Communicate with clients: manage expectations, minimize risks, deliver results

We expect you to:

• Have PM experience specifically in a studio / agency / production company from 2–3 years (this is required)
• Know agile and waterfall methodologies
• Be able to set tasks clearly and write understandable texts
• Be ready to take responsibility for the team and results, not afraid of accountability
• Love to immerse yourself deeply in the product and work in sync with the team
